Brooke Jordan, DVM
Veterinarian
Dr. Brooke Jordan grew up in the small town of Valley, Alabama. She attended Auburn University, majoring in Wildlife Science, and was granted early admission to Auburn’s College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating with Honors in 2002. Dr. Jordan gained a lot of emergency and critical care experience in her first job at Animal Medical Center in Anniston, Alabama. While at Animal Medical Center, Dr. Jordan spent much of her time volunteering with various organizations, including Vet Treks, Rural Area Veterinary Services, Meals on Wheels, and her local animal shelter. She traveled to North Dakota and even Bora Bora to lend a hand to those in need. Dr. Jordan also worked with Veterinary Ventures to launch the first trip to provide spay and neuter services to American Samoa. Currently, Dr. Jordan serves on the Board for Special Equestrians of Alabama.
Dr. Jordan brought her expertise to North Shelby County Animal Hospital in 2007, and is raising her family in Pelham. Her husband, Brad, is a Sergeant Investigator with Pelham Police Department. She has three children, Mackenzie, Blakely, and Pace. Dr. Jordan also shares her home with a Golden Retriever, Willa, Great Pyrenees mix, Wyatt, and Domestic Shorthair Cat, Juno.
